2022 Potato Bowl Parade Information

Hello Sacred Heart Families,

The Sacred Heart PTA wants to welcome you all to the 2022/2023 school year and invite you to participate in the 2022 Potato Bowl Parade. All students and families are invited to walk in the parade on Saturday, September 10th at 10:00. We are float #71 and will stage near the corner of 2nd Avenue North and North 11th Street. This is a great opportunity to meet other families, help out the PTA, and support our school, and it’s also a lot of fun!

We will have a float in conjunction with the other Catholic Schools, and this year our 6th grade students and families will be decorating our float in School colors (purple & gold) and a potato/football theme.  We invite all 6th grade students and families to join us in decorating the float on Friday, September 9th after school (3:45) at 2121 Dyke Avenue (next to Sun Dog Communications). In order to make this a success, we need your help decorating our float and preparing candy & bracelets to handout.  

We are asking all 6th grade families to bring a bag of candy to school by Friday, September 9th.

Bring: Scissors, tape, streamers (purple and golden yellow) and a great attitude!
