Sacred Heart is blessed with a variety of committees and groups who are dedicated to living out the Gospel of Jesus. To join any of these groups, contact the person indicated.
This council assists the pastor making leadership decisions for the parish. Current council members are Jim Remer (Chair), Shannon Smidt (Secretary), Patrick Gaddie, Stacey Larson, Dave Zavoral, Bill Straw, Harold Reimer, Joel Downs, Jennifer Martin, Jacqueline Gaddie along with the pastoral staff guidance of Msgr. Mike Foltz Fr. Schmitz, Deacon Mark LeTexier and Deacon Steve Thomas.
This council assists the pastor is making financial decisions for the parish. Current council members are Jack Robertson, Greg Stocker, Steve Brekke, Joann Remer, Jeramie Riske, Angela Carpenter, Phillip Vanyo and Joe Zavoral.

This committee oversees the formation opportunities for adults, plans the Lenten retreats, and provides resources for the various bible study groups. For more information, contact Deacon Steve Thomas at [email protected].
This committee seeks to promote beautiful Liturgy that fosters “full, conscious, and active participation” (GIRM 386) of all the faithful, with the hope that all present may encounter Jesus Christ powerfully in the Eucharist where he is fully present in Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. Meets 3-4 times per year.
