A little planning now, can help us and our families handle issues as we age. Join us for donuts, coffee and some information regarding topics that impact most retirees. We’ll start with a one-hour session Thursday, May 9th at 8:00 am in the St. Raphael Conference Room. We’ll cover two topics: Powers of Attorney and Required Minimum Distributions for retirement accounts.
This is the first in what we hope to be a series of coffee, donuts and valuable information. Future topics will be determined based upon the group’s interest and could include things such as probate vs non-probate transfers, use of life estates for real property, beneficiary designations to avoid probate, bank account set up options, what wills can and can’t do, etc.
Presenter: John Jeffrey, retired attorney
Call Carl Adolphson at (218) 773-0877 or email [email protected] to RSVP (to make sure we reserve a donut and materials for you). This is a practical informational learning session offered for free to learn, ask questions, and help you and your family. We hope to see you on Thursday, May 9th at 8:00am after morning mass.
