Preschool applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open in spring, 2025. Our preschool classes are full for 2024-25. 

To qualify for 2025-2026 preschool -

     - Students must be full potty trained before the first day of school and be one month accident free
     - Little Angels must be 3-years-old by July 31st, 2025
     - Little Saints must be 4-years-old by July 31st, 2025

Once your child is enrolled in Little Saints, their spot will be held for them year to year, assuming your family re-enrolls within the registration window. Please note: Enrollment year-to-year is not guaranteed between preschool Little Angels and Little Saints. Placements are subject to our Admission Policy.

K-12 applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open in March, 2025. (To apply for a mid-year transfer for the 2024-25 school year, please contact the Admissions Coordinator at 218-773-0877.

• Sacred Heart's K-12 application process is online.
  • Include a copy of the student's most recent report card (1st-12th grade) and any established IEP/504 plans.
  • 7-12th graders will need to attach a list of completed academic courses.
  • During the application process, the Admissions Coordinator may request additional materials or arrange a meeting between the student, parents and administrators as needed.

Notification of program acceptance or waitlist:

• Families will be notified of placements beginning in late March, 2025.

Complete additional steps:

• After their students are accepted and have enrolled for the 2025-26 school year, families may apply for tuition assistance/scholarships based on financial need (if required). Families must wait until acceptance before beginning this process as awards can only be made for enrolled students.

In recognition of families at the Grand Forks Catholic Schools who value and support Catholic education, Sacred Heart School has made it easier for students who graduate from Holy Family St. Mary's and St. Michael's Schools to enroll at Sacred Heart for 6th grade.
