The Sacred Heart School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) supports the school’s philosophy, programs and activities for the benefit of all Sacred Heart teachers and students. The purpose of the organization is to get parents involved, connect with other parents, and give parents an avenue to actively support our teaching staff, the school and overall, our students.
As a parent of a Sacred Heart student, you’re automatically part of the Sacred Heart PTA and are entitled to the benefits of membership: greater connection and involvement, new-found friendships, and increased pride in our school.
Through parent participation within the school community, volunteering in the classroom or with school events, parents enjoy greater connection to the school and build friendships with other parents. Throughout the year, parents are asked to help with a variety of events and school activities.
Each class (K-6) is assigned a PTA Volunteer activity, a way to get involved, meet members of the school community, and support Sacred Heart all at the same time. We primarily focus on elementary grades (high school grades are tasked with bigger class-based activities), though the entire school community is welcome to participate.
We love parent help and couldn’t do it without you. Please help make this year the best yet for our students and teachers!
