WHAT IS THE STUDENT ANNUAL DRIVE?
The Student Annual Drive is critical to Sacred Heart as it enables us to complete our school mission and bridge the gap between tuition and the full cost of educating our students. Tuition revenues do not cover the entire operating budget of the shool.
To reestablish the Student Annual Drive Fund as the premier tool to underwrite costs for Sacred Heart School, the Sacred Heart Foundation is providing alumni, families and friends the opportunity to become Sustaining Members. Sustaining Members opt into a monthly direct payment to the Sacred Heart Foundation Student Fund using a credit card, checking or savings account, or an approved retirement account.
If you are unable to make a monthly contribution, please give what you can, when you can.
WHY DOESN'T SACRED HEART JUST RAISE TUITION?
The full cost to educate a Sacred Heart student for the 2023-2024 academic year is $8,810. We work hard to keep tuition costs lower than that to ensure Sacred Heart remains an affordable option for all families seeking Catholic education.
HOW IS THE STUDENT ANNUAL DRIVE USED?
Gifts to the Student Annual Drive contribute to the school’s operating budget. This includes:
ARE THERE BENEFITS OF CONTRIBUTING?
Gifts to the Student Annual Drive are voluntary and may be tax deductible, unlike tuition payments. Sustaining members who donate $25+/month will receive limited edition Sacred Heart Eagles socks while supplies last.
BECOME A SUSTAINING DONOR!
Sustaining Members are individuals, like you, who make an ongoing monthly or quarterly donation. These donations are important to the Sacred Heart Foundation as they provide for the school’s ongoing success and budgetary planning.
HOW IS THE STUDENT ANNUAL DRIVE MANAGED?
In 2018, the Sacred Heart Foundation, as a separate 501(c)(3) organization, was asked to take on the management of the Student Annual Drive. Contributions are gifted quarterly from the Sacred Heart Foundation to Sacred Heart Church & School.
